Stefan Schaefer
Writer/Director
Schaefer’s films have premiered and won awards at festivals such as Berlin and SxSW, and have been successfully released theatrically and on TV channels such as PBS, HBO and the Sundance Channel.
He has over fifteen feature film credits to his name as a writer, director and/or producer, among them “My Last Day Without You,” Olaf Johannesson’s “The Amazing Truth About Queen Raquela,” and “Arranged.” On these and other projects he’s worked with Academy Award winner Melissa Leo, Ali Larter, Zoe Lister-Jones, Nicole Beharie, Michael Imperioli, Ken Duken, David Harbour, and many more.
Schaefer has developed and sold TV shows to companies such as Sony Pictures TV, The Weinstein Company, Big Beach, Mandeville and AMC. His documentary on Poet Laureate and environmental activist W.S. Merwin, entitled “Even Though The Whole World is Burning,” aired nationally on PBS in April 2016.
Schaefer and his family split their time between Haiku, Maui and Brooklyn.
Augie Tulba
is the best known comedian in Hawaii, with a long history as a radio personality and frequent stand-up tours in the islands, Vegas, CA, Guam, etc. He’s had roles in the films GET A JOB and KULEANA, as well as the network shows HAWAII 5-0 and MAGNUM P.I. In November, he won a run-off election to join the Honolulu City Council.
Taiana Tully
was recently cast in HAWAII 5-0 and MAGNUM P.I. ALOHA SURF HOTEL marks her feature film debut.
Branscombe Richmond
has been in over 100 films, and is best known internationally for his starring role in the show RENEGADE. He currently has a recurring role on CHICAGO MED and voices the character of Gibraltar on the hit video game Apex Legends.
Daniella Monet
starred opposite Ariana Grande on the Nickelodeon show VICTORIOUS, as well as hosted the shows AWESOMENESS TV and PARADISE RUN. She’s a social media influencer with over 4 million followers.
Matt Corboy
is known for his work on THE SHIELD, and for playing George Clooney’s cousin in the Academy Award winner THE DESCENDANTS.
Shawn Mokuahi Garnett
is known for his recurring role of Flippa on HAWAII 5-0.
Alex Farnham
is known for his YouTube and Instagram comedy. This is his debut film.
